Dr Jeremy Archer
My Professional History
I completed my medical degree at The University of Auckland, New Zealand, in 2004. I joined the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists (ANZCA) in 2007 when I was working as a doctor in the ICU department at RPA Hospital in Sydney. My anaesthetic training was undertaken in both Australia and internationally. I completed my final exams with ANZCA in 2012 before moving permanently to the Gold Coast. I am accredited at all the major Private Hospitals on the Gold Coast. I also work regularly at The Tweed Public Hospital where I assist in the supervision and training of new anaesthetists. In addition to full-time clinical work, I also participate in the Maintenance of Professional Standards Program from ANZCA.
